Shipping Policy

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
• Once shipped, we will provide tracking details.
• Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
• Any additional fees, such as remote area charges or re-delivery fees, must be borne by the customer.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order returns to us due to:

• Wrong or incomplete address
• Customer not available
• Rejection of package

Reshipping charges must be paid again by the customer.

5. Damaged Packages

If a package appears tampered with or damaged:

• Record an unboxing video immediately
• Contact us within  24–48 hours
